Being Present

Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now. — Eckhart Tolle

Much of my creative work has been in a transformation for the better. I attribute it to working on the self and realizing that being present in the now is whats known as life. I have written about acknowledgment and some of the things encountered on the way.


Organizing and creating a productive environment in which I can be creative has followed and a post about is here. Much of this has been written about on the web, in books and many especially videos as no one reads anymore.

The company you keep

I have also been encountering much more positive people. Through organization and change of thought comes a certain clarity and realizations that manifest in unforeseen ways.

Whats Next?

The next items for me are getting my body, mind, and spirit aligned. Working on getting the right ‘prescription’ for optimum health. Recently, I got in touch with Sean Merrick and have been amazed at how childhood shapes the entire life of experiences. Sean is extremely passionate about an approach to a complete and personalized solution.
