Took a road trip to San Diego during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with my family. We rented a house near the beach and just hung out with our kids for a few days. It was great to just relax and spend time out of town.
The beach was overcast for most of the trip. Yet, it was warm outside and the water was bearable.
San Diego Gaslamp District
All of the stores and small businesses were just opening up from the quarantine and we went to Fifth Ave to get some food in a restaurant. Its been a long time since we went out to eat!
While walking around it was unusually busy with people just taking strolls around and the restaurants were full and reservations were expected.
